No cap this is actually such an advanced level tutorial in blender like there are no tutorials at all having simulations like this! Would love to see more physics playing with body in terms of r rated style
Thiiiiis is cool. So much potential to go further with details, like adding skeletons and organs that have their own effects and stuff. Really great tutorial, I'm gonna try this for a project today!
DUDE YOU ARE LIKE A GOD OR SOME SHIT. GOAT. You are the first one who gets it. we need to be able to understand the whole pipeline. and you get it, thank you bro!
For some reason the mesh doesn't come apart when it its the sphere, the mesh just turnes into cloth, so its like he just has fabric as flesh, except in like certain parts where his arms detatch from his sleeve
I went back and i think it happens once i apply the cloth, its like it stitches all the pieces from the particle explosion together, they arn't apart anymore
One reason some may have problems is you can't apply the explode modifier at frame 0, as (at least in 3.4.1) the edges aren't split but stay welded. When I applied it at frame 1 or later, it worked for me. Very nice explanation of the weight paint setup. Takk skal du ha!
Have you ever seen the "molecular" add-on? I REALLY wish the remesher for that would've stayed in development, because it's like perfect for working with this. There are videos of molecular destruction, like blowing up among us characters and such... and it's like a particle-based soft body sim allowing holes, pieces to blow off, insides to come out... if only there was a good remeshing or voxelizing/texture element to work with animations
Yeah man! I've actually been experimenting a lot with that. Mostly using metaballs, but that doesn't support tracked textures ;( In my opinion it's not really production ready just yet so that's why I haven't made any videos on it. Anyways, thanks for commenting!
i have a problem the character literally separates from the rig ands stops moving in the photogram 250 idk why i also have find out that its because the cloth simulation, any idea why?? 🙃
@@AlbinThorburn I’ll try. Maybe I missed something during the tutorial and it didn’t work for me. I’m working on my short action horror movie. And that effect is exactly what I need 😅
Idk I legit did everything you did and it’s just not turning out the way yours is at all. Like idk what step particular cause I did exactly what you did
