I think to make a course, first you need refined skill of what you're teaching obviously, but also, video editing and a taste of what works these days and what not... A few things you can do, Remove the background music (it feels like a 2017 video). Have some kind of work to showcase at the start of a course/tutorial, so the people know what they're here for.(It can be on this channel or some separate social media account). Try and improve the audio quality and thumbnail and stuff... yup that's it, I think having solid work gets more audience cuz obviously they wanna know how you do such work...
