Really helpful, man ! Thanks. Can I offer some advice ? use tighter focal lengths for more realism; it would be really difficult or impossible to shoot aerial dogfight scenes with a wide lens if you were to do it practically. Imagine how close the chase plane would have to be. So try not going any wider than a 35mm with these scenes. Especially if you do the handheld shake, there's no way an actual camera could be in some of the positions you're shooting from. If you wanna go wide, have a fixed camera glued to the plane that's being hit, Battlestar Galactica or Interstellar style. Cheers !
ayo that's really helpful I love tutorials like this that teach more than just what they offer; I came to learn about explosions but that stuff about rotating image sequence planes toward the camera and offsetting start frames was really helpful for a project I'm working on also how do you make Eevee look so gooddddd
Thank you for the tutorial. There is nobody who does it as well as you, i tried following other tutorials before i found this one and the explosion would be too big for my scene and i couldnt find a way to make it smaller because if i would make the domain smaller the explosion would still remain same size, just hit the border of the domain and look bad. With your help i made the exact size i needed. Thanks and keep up the good work.
Amazing!! THank you so much! Can you do a tutorial on how you made the clouds? Whenever I try to do a scene like that everything looks pixelated and is really laggy
I know this was posted a while ago, but in that little render of yours in the start, how did you do the fire & smoke trail for when the B-17 explodes & when the engine is hit? I'm like trying to replicate that same kind of thing in Blender but idk what I'm doing when it comes to that part lol If you can suggest something on how you did that or like how you learned how to do that, I'd greatly apricate it :D
Thanks for your video. I say that the process of creating the explosion requires a very powerful machine. How did you make the clouds, the airplanes and the scenery of the land below? Thanks.
When I do my explosion on plane goes pink after the last frame of the 50 frame animation I stopped it on frame 0 by doing a 1 off set how do I stop it after it has finished as plane is pink right in middle of Mt animation?
Thank you. I have a question. I want to do a scene like a mage playing fireball, but the fireball does not respond when it is scaled to a certain extent. At the same time, the mage's size ratio is correct, so I don't want to move the mage, which causes the fireball ratio and the mage do not match. I know that your video is a method, but can you give me some other suggestions
hello can i get this scene or the .blend file or can i just buy it because i would like to use this for our school project 😅 because our school project is we are required to create a short movie trailer so i would like to use this scene to create our trailer please can i get this scene for free or can i just buy it🥺(sorry my English is bad)
wait brother... i recognize one of those animations in the intro. You create for like Mustard or that other guy who does plane videos?? and please share the cloud method!
How are you able to r run eevee at such impressive speeds? I'm working with an RTX 3090, 64gigs 3200mhz ram and a Ryzen 9 3900x but my eevee performance is still 5 - 6 times slower than cycles?
Whaaaaaat that's wierd. Your setup is way better than mine! I tend to use very low settings in order to be able to render out tests really quickly, perhaps that's why my viewport is faster?
@@IRONBUTTOCKS I'm allso looking to build a new rig and I think it's worth getting that little extra power from 3080. It's all dependent on budget though,
