Blender as secret Code Name : VTR is a Cyber Ninja Girl Police Detective, she was built inside a secret laboratory in Sector B founded by two friends scientists from Korea and China who got the Noble Prize in High Robotic Technology, they team up together to create a secret organization called Rendel.
No one know what is there real purpose but there goal was to built Blender to destroy the Cyborgs that conquered the World.
