**Please note, I no longer use and cannot recommend Dixie Belle Paint products due to highly questionable business practices, contract violations, and unethical treatment of artists and retailers that led to mine and numerous others resignations in late 2021. Please see the links below for more information. I have chosen to leave this video content up for learning purposes only, but highly recommend considering other products when trying to achieve these same techniques. There are too many good product brands on the market to support a brand with these practices. I've included links to my most used options below

Absolutely stunning. All of your pieces are amazing and the tutorials are among the best I've seen in detail of subtle blending technique.

You are soooo talented! I love all your videos, and this desk is gorgeous! Is there a video where you added the flowers to it? Decoupage?

I never get tired of watching you blend! I totally missed the dry brush part before now! Do you have a favorite mister? Or an affiliate link for it? How long does it usually take you to finish a custom piece? I'm always hard on myself for taking so long.

Brandy you are an amazing artist and I love watching you do your thing girl!! I really love the furniture you choose to work on. My question is where do you find the majority of your furniture for the best prices? I think it must just be a Kansas thing but if someone has a piece with any detail they want a furniture!! I’m just starting my business and I’m looking for good furniture at affordable prices. (That I don’t have to do tons of work to before I can paint) Keep doing what your doing girl cause you make it look good!! Your biggest Kansas fan!! Jennifer ❤️

Yes, those people are here too. I keep a bit of a stockpile, pick up good pieces as i see them, so i can get through dry spells of not finding anything

Hi Brandy, it's me Cheryl. Lol. Where did you learn to blend? Did you watch someone or just played around until you mastered it? Just curious. I have watched almost every video you have put out and on building my confidence to even try. Thank you Brandy.

Loving those colors together Brandy!!! How are you liking your shop floors? And how they holding up?
@BrushedbyBrandy
@BrushedbyBrandy 6 лет назад
I love them! It's an engineered vinyl plank, waterproof, furniture slides easily because it has no grooves, and paint cleans up super easily. Only change I'd make is to get a lighter color, the dark shows all of the dust

Brushed by Brandy good to know, thanks. As I'm picking out finishes for our new house and shop everyone keeps trying to push me toward dark floors and my first thought is NOOOO, I will lose my mind trying to keep em clean!!!! Haha 🙅‍♀️ But I'm also leaning toward vinyl plank for my shop, just didn't know how they would hold long term, thanks for the info and thanks for all the info you share with us. From your first video I've been mesmerized and inspired by you. You're the best at explaining your techniques and what your doing, many thanks!!

@@tishbalthazor4073 dark floors look great, but I vouch that they are a nightmare to keep clean. We flipped a house a few years ago and put in dark engineered floors, wouldnt do it again. For our new house we chose a gray beige wood look tile

Absolutely love your work and imagination. Best wishes from Bonnie Scotland. And where did you get the wee rollers you have the piece moving around on, they would be the business for heavy pieces of furniture.

I have a some I got from Harbor Freight for $3 or $4 ea. Maybe check your small hardware chain for less expensive ones. The really heavy duty ones are a bit more expensive
