Blessings from the Spirits Hurai, Hurai, Hurai 

In Mongolia, a tradition held by everyone - whether they are a shaman or not -is asking for blessings from the spirits by cupping the hands and allowing blessings to our into them, while saying "Hurai, Hurai, Hurai," which is the origin of 'Hip Hip Hurrah'.
This can be done when you are in a sacred place, when you are attending a ceremony or as part of your daily practice.
