I love how Kris always compliments her audience and tells them to be comfortable doing whatever it is they like to do. My personal depression got worse in 2018 and the opposite of Kris's case caused me to gain more weight. Eating was a "way out" for me, a way to forget all that went on that year, which was an awful year for me. Since then I've lost maybe 20-25 pounds but am still slightly overweight. over time I've grown to be comfortable with who I am but it's taken a while.. and seeing these little bits of encouragement , not just in this video but ALL of her videos helps me even more. Thanks again for not only entertaining us but encouraging us. PS, I have Ugly feet to. Honestly, controversial opinion, all feet are ugly. Even the better looking ones are still ugly. I just don't like feet.

I think the thing with plastic surgery that makes it a bit dangerous is if you get it and like the results but still aren't happy with your appearance, you can get too caught up in trying to fix every little detail to get closer to your current idea of beauty, essentially trying (but often failing) to micromanage every facet of your appearance rather than taking a step back to appreciate the beauty of the whole. It can certain be put to good use if you have one or two features that you're unhappy with or self conscious about that can be changed to your liking, but not if you obsess over every little detail of your body, in which case a therapist would be a much wiser investment (It'd be a good idea before committing to plastic surgery anyway).

The thing about insecurities and the feeling of being judged is we always think "oh they are looking at me its embarrassing I am self conscious." when really they are probably so insecure themselves that they are thinking how nice you look. That's why my favourite saying is: people are too focussed on their own insecurities to see yours
