The multi instrumentalist you were talking about is Troy! Emppu is the guitar player. Kai, the drummer, had to add 5 drums to his kit to play this song. Many fans have already been talking about the skeleton dance. It’s def going to happen at the live concerts! Floor already said she can’t wait to see it 🤘🏻great reaction btw. I do not always understand the lyrics but hearing you guys talk about it is very interesting. It adds another dimension to the music for me. Keep it up 👍🏻

*"Music", "Pan", "Harvest", "How's the Heart", etc....for every track of the first CD is an official lyric video available. The 2nd CD contains one instrumental, which has different chapters/parts.*

Thank you for your reaction. 🎧🎼📣 You gave a very good analysis! I don't know why people say this is dark or controversial or judging religion. In my opinion it is a historical account of events that connects with tribalism from a human nature or civilisation perspective. I saw cringy reactions that identified demon imagery or called the skeleton dance cheesy. I listened to an interview with Tuomas where he explained the idea behind the album and I think it's a brilliant success in terms of the goal he had with this! Even the instrumental tracks serve to showcase his creativity as a composer. People sometimes astound me with their ignorance and shallowness... or maybe I am just weird 🤪, because I think this song is very creative and expertly done! It could be the perfect background music at the Maropeng Cradle of Human Kind in the South African Magalies mountains where you find fossils and tools of the earliest humanoids and tribes 💀🦴🔥 Best wishes to all! While the new album's title is stylized as "HVMAN. :||: NATVRE.", it's pronounced simply "Human Nature". :-)

Actually, I think its that Suffering loves Faith, _and_ Faith loves Suffering. Also words that are the same forward and back are called _palindromes._ Aureate = slick speaker. You've got that right!!!

Tuomas told in Album's hearing session to the reporters the meaning of the symbol. "The cover of Nightwish’s Human: II: Nature album features two of the oldest known symbols for the words human and nature. - Lower is an Assyrian arrowhead -writing 700 years before the Common Era and means human. The upper is not really nature but a God and is a symbol of the Sumerians in 2,500 BCE (before the Common Era) explains Tuomas Holopainen."

Thanks for checking out another great one from Nightwish and now I know what "aureate" means! To me the "thought crimes" referred to that in some religions even thinking about sinning is a sin as made famous in the 1984 book even though Big Brother was the God equivalent there. I would love for you to check out Music soon :)

Great reaction and enthusiasm in digging into the lyrics. I HIGHLY recommend you do a complete reaction/review of the entire album, in track order. This is very much a full concept album where each song's theme carries into and beyond the next song. Your thoughts on shoemaker being a "sweet story of someone else" will be revisited and probably revised. The sum is greater than the parts.

Greetings from Finland! It was great watching you react to new Nightwish material. For this song, Kai had to add five more drums in his set on his right side. Their upcoming live shows will hopefully let us see Kai behind a huge drum set. And like Karl Marx once said: "Religion is the opium of the people", but unfortunately not just that, as it can also be one of the most destructive forces (i,e, monster) mankind has ever come up with.
