Interview with Hansi Kürsch from the German power metal legend BLIND GUARDIAN. This interview was recorded on August 11, 2023 at the Hellsinki Metal Festival at the Ice Hall in Helsinki, Finland. Hansi told us about the band's new album "The God Machine" and the special cover artwork. He spoke about the inspiration for the songs "Destiny" and "Life Beyond The Spheres", and revealed why one of his favorite songs didn't end up on the album. We also discussed fantasy, science fiction, traumatizing fairy tales, and Divine intervention.
