This is due the blind spot present at the junction of optic nerves and retina , which is insensitive small spot because no light- sensitive cells like cones or rods are present in it. therefore, any image formed at that are could not be seen by the eyes.
Blind spots are present in between the retina and the optical nerve.. In blind spot there is no Presentence of rods and cones to form the image .... That is why my sister can't see the dot continuously 😊

The bild spot in between the retina at in intersection point of optic nerve which has on rode cells and cone cell . Due to no rod and cone cell there is no image in formed at blind sport
As now the circle is at the position where the eye's lens will reflect it on the blind spot and due to the inefficiency of rods and cones we can't see the circle

(Blind spot) Actually normal eye can see upto 25cm Actually its the closet distance upto which an eye can see and in kids is 7-10 cm means they can see the image more clearly than us upon bringing the obj near to our eyes.
