Still trying to catch up on tasting all of the Spring 2021 green teas I bought. Here I do a blind tasting of the three Dragonwell Long Jing teas from Yunnan Sourcing.

Had the imperial from Yunnan. Was amazing. Loved the nuttiness.

Not yet! Fortunately I know a jasmine expert, so I will bring her on to help me judge some of those. Let me know which ones we should try!

Can you review teas with & without tea filter? To see how it effect the sweetness & body. The trichomes on the delicate green teas & clarity of the tea will be different

Hey, if you haven't heard of them, look up 7 Cups Fine Chinese Teas. Theyre based out of Tucson, AZ. I just ordered some Puerh 'dragon balls' that have a good smell..not fishy... And some Tai Ping Houkui(Monkey King), haven't tried either to taste yet

Fyi, just tried the Shu Longzhu Puerh dragon balls, and wow...these are good, at least compared to the last puerh I tried. Similar flavors, but again none of the fishiness

You messed up the whole test doing different temps and brew times for different cups. Should have kept the temp and time the same for all .

Thanks for the video was interesting because I was thinking yesterday related to IF the grading is arbitrary and who grades it and are there any industrial standards etc.
