This is episode seven of our highly popular Telekom Electronic Beats Blind Test Series.
We invited the legendary dubstep producer Caspa, Leeds' pint-sized neighbourhood turntablist NikNak, Subtle FM resident Ila Brugal, Kapsize label boss and producer par excellence, Joker, dubstep originator and DMZ club night founder Mala, and one of the Netherlands’ finest producers, Martyn, to identify these early dubstep cuts.
We dug deep once more into our record collection for some Dubstep goodies. So let the game begin, and as always, please try for yourself at home.
Please note that this video is not filmed in real time. It’s edited to create some tension so that you in front of the screen can guess as well. It doesn’t say anything about how fast the participants recognised the track etc.
All contestants receive one point for both artist and title correct, but only half a point if they can only guess the artist or the title.
