Kim was lying from the get-go. She didn't want to be with Kevin because he not rich. Period. (It is just not polite to say that so she had to beat around the bush.)
Kane was an absolute shit stirrer this season. I dont consider myself heavily patriotic but even I felt embarrassed whenever he is linked to sg during the show
I agree, Season Two was very messy. Kane's sole existence was to be a pot stirrer and his claim that he's only doing it to protect or because someone is a friend is just an excuse for him being a busybody. I don't know why they feel the need for Kevin to have a romantic interest in someone within the crowd every season, first season was Kelly and that didn't work out and in this season they try it with Kim only to have it fail, too. And, whether or not they are truly friends, I'm not sure but if they are, I feel they keep Kevin around like some modern day court jester. If there is a season three I would like to see the focus shift to Anna who is kooky but the most level headed and is connected enough to everyone in the cast that the story could be more focused and dynamic.
friends shouldn’t be gossiping about friends but it’s pretty ballsy to homewreck a family and put yourself on reality tv and expect your secrets to stay hidden.
The amount of, as Yeolo said, "contractually obligated interactions" this season was 😂🤘🏾 I laughed the whole season. Kane rly is a fool but I lived to see him run himself into a corner this season. Jamie by far was the most entertaining. She is the most air headed bay area ABG I have ever seen on camera and i am so happy they are getting the representation they deserve! I just wish that the cast would stop constantly commenting on her weight. I hope there isn't a season 3
If I'm not mistaken, Dorothy used to be on Rich Kids of BH. I remember she flew everyone to China to one of her father's buildings - it was late night and she had the employees open the mall for them! THAT is seriously RICH.
I had a friend like Kane in college and I can tell you that I am no longer friends with that person solely for the reason why I can't stand Kane; doesn't know when to keep his mouth shut and out of other people's business without somehow making it about THEM. All he did this season was go around and play "he said, she said" and then justifying it as him doing in the best interest on behalf of his "friends". Like who are you to get involved in Cherie's PERSONAL FAMILY BUSINESS, then pull that "I feel betrayed" card on Cherie? IT'S A PERSONAL FAMILY ISSUE, YOU ARE NOT FAMILY GET THAT THROUGH YOUR SILLY LITTLE BOTCHED SURGERY FACE. Anna was right to put Kane in his place by having him reflect on his own family issues and relating it to staying out of Cherie's, but of course, rich people are out of touch and think they're entitled to everything. The fact that everyone was shocked about not knowing Cherie and Jessey's personal business, like I'm sorry is that something EVERYONE should know in that group? Is a right to privacy NOT allowed in that group? Seeing Kane handle any conflicts this season made me dislike him, in fact hate him. He's not entertaining to watch because he does it at the expense of others without taking any responsibility for his own actions. But of course, he can go ahead and down play all this criticism because he has money and he'll pray for us or whatever, but all I know is that all that plastic surgery can't change that ugly, two faced personality 💜 Dorothy is right when she said Kane is obnoxious as hell, truly 🙄
Even if not a season 3 I want at least one more episode to see Anna and Christine calling Kane out on his shit stirring. And honestly, I don’t see how he felt like he was one of Cherie’s closest friends? Even if that was true, it’s still up to her to decide what she wants to tell anyone. He doesn’t seem to know how to be an actual friend? Everything he does with ppl seems so superficial. Sure, he might work hard to bring in some of his own moolah as an individual but as a friend I don’t think I’ve seen anything from him. Already thought that something was up between him and Kevin because they suddenly stopped posting about each other on IG even before they dropped season 2. Totally rolled my eyes when they made up because Kane did shit. It was only Kevin and I don’t think Kevin was fully to blame. And with Kim, even if he says he’s concerned he still stirred shit. Impression of him from season one as this super nice and friendly down to earth guy definitely dropped. That’s only when he knows gossip and drama is coming his way. I agree with everything you said about this season! I thought this season was so messy and it just didn’t seem as genuine as last season. Also all the interactions seemed so stage and fake. Definitely disappointed. 😏
Bling Empire is one of the most scripted shows, it's badly scripted, the drama is so fake but I still can't stop watching. Also Dorothy should get her own show.
Yes that’s exactly how it felt like, you could tell the entire season plot was going to be the Cherie and Jessey situation and with out them it just fell flat

Your commentary was HILARIOUS 🤣 🤣🤣 (The red power ranger again?!”) and so absolutely correct! This season was way too messy. Cherie and Jessey didn’t get to tell their side of the story, Kevin constantly pining after Kim, the recycling of story lines…. Season 1 was much better.
the show def did cherie and jessey so dirty this season especially with their private relations. theres a difference between silly drama and family business especially that involves kids. i wish their family well though and glad they made their way out the show! the kim/kevin/kane drama was terribly scripted LOL i still ate it up though. props to kim with her acting she acts dooooooown. she was one of my favs this season alongside messy ass christine, anna crazy real ass, and jamies fashionable ironically funny self. kellys kinda dull to me... dorothy has potential... and mimi/dom are sorta cute. also KANE NEEDS TO GO, tired of his shenanigans and bs, i too find him obnoxiously annoying.
This was a demonstration of homophobia because why does she go ask Kevin, the straight guy if he was Bi, but she did not ask Kane who she is allegedly so close to???? Kane would also know if they had something going on. She was using it as a homophobic insult! She’s not slick I see right through her.
