Man this song hits so differently now. As a kid it just felt like a fun catchy song to jam out to. Now it feels like a self realization and farewell. Keep things in perspective but never grow up.

Met Tom DeLonge a few days ago in Los Angeles! dude is so tall! He is pretty chill. Prob cant last 5 minutes w/o saying "FUCK. Fucking. Just saw them in Montreal on their huge tour and holy fuck what a show!!!! Lost my mind when they played this and rocked my ass off. Felt like I had used a time machine and gone back to the early 2000’s when I grew up with their music.

Long time Blink fan here. Class of 2004. blinks self titled album from 2003 was playing all summer long the summer I graduated. Oh the memories... I grew up with pop punks mainstream success in 99-04 and watched its decline by the late 2000s. Sad but pop punk is dead...those guys in those bands are in thier late 30s or 40s now...just doesnt work anymore. It happens with all music genres. Glad I was a part of the scene, being 17-18 when this music defined being a teenager at the time.

This was the soundtrack to so many outrageous house parties when I was in my mid/late teens. I've now just turned 31. I'm so nostalgic.

remember people... this was the absolute PRIME Blink/Jerry Finn.. just off of Enema of the State getting in to Take off Pants and Jacket.. the absolute prime of pop punk music

13 Years since I finished at Bradley University. My best friend and I would rock out to this sound. We even learned the lyrics. He was Tom and I was Mark. It truly marked our departure of out college days. We still talk and keep up in touch. He's my bro. But whenever I hear this song, it always reminds me of growing up and moving on. Great song! Im literally a man overboard right now, havent been sober in 4 years, finally decided to take the time to get clean and no better way than to indulge with blink 182, music reminding me of sober days and playing in bands, having women, parties, and fun. tossed it all with a witch of a woman dragging me down for 8 years losing everything I own including a job. blink always cheers me up and keeps my head straight. too bad its not a lifelong playlist, ive listened to every song at least 700 times each in the last 20 years.

I listen to Blink when I was in HS 01-05 but was more of a hip hop guy but being from Orange County CA, Blink was always in my ear. Im glad it was because now im going back to it listening at 37 and bro....does every SONG HIT the heart and head, blink was warning me but I didnt listen about relationships....they are fkn HARD!

An Italian punk band named La Sad did a homage to this song singing the intro of one of their songs at the same rhytm of the words "So sorry it's over" (La Sad's members are huge fan of Blink and punk in general, one of them has a tattoo with the number 182 on his arm)

Best part about hearing Blink is brings me back to the 90s every time, back when life was a lot less stressful and chaotic! I remember seeing them back in 1996 and new then, I'd be listening to them for a VERY LONG TIME...
