Slim Aarons honestly bro most of the young ppl from here like literally all of California even the Central Valley farmland Bakersfield up to Stockton away from the beach like la sf and sd, were just chill af we don’t really care about anything and aren’t afraid to say anything ( except the hipsters tho) like how Tom isn’t afraid to censor anything and cuz he says “like” after every sentence
@@CalebHimself hey man im a hipster.. and im a punk/metal head lol.. were not all latte sipping weirdos... those guys are the gays of our world lol. lattes are shit.. cappacinos for days
Coyote LongDong I like both of these genres rock and hip hop and honestly hip hop is more of black culture...please stay out of it instead of disrespecting it
One of the best things about Blink in general, but Tom in particular here, is their flair for comedy and improv; this guy interviews like a comic. The transvestite outing, having sex with grandpa (something the kids can relate to), and the explanation of "na" (it means a lot, I can't go into it right now); golden.
I just turned 30 last week. To see Tom so young when they truly shaped my adolescents … I JUST saw them last night in Montreal. I really am so emotional at the moment, couldn’t be happier about everything happening.
he's different.. tom now really stuck down on conspiracies about New world order and Aliens. so maybe if u talk with him.. he will started talk about conspiracy
Damn. I was in high school during this period. It honestly feels like just a few years ago. Even though I have a ton of adult responsibilities, I still feel like a smartass awkward teenager a lot of times. I still listen to Blink to this day, but instead of crushing on the cute girl in the cafeteria at school, it’s the cute wife in the laundry room at home.
Tom is a perfect example of how to remain just as Punk as you were back when you ran naked through the streets and played loud head splitting music in your garage while also going mainstream.
@@loghanditheimperialdiehard8876 Punk is inherently about wanting to rise against a system, and making that as clear as possible through music, fashion or any other medium
I been saying rad since i was kid in the 80s and im now 46 and it has been part of my vocab since the 80s. Let em judge me..eff em 😅 (but for the record i cant think of one time when anyone ever judged me. At least not to my face)
I was in highschool when they just came out with The Self Titled album and holy shit where they the definition of awesome. I have no problem admitting I wanted to be just like Tom for al those year's 🤘
Flex Piper man that was the first album I waited on them for . Toypaj was already out when I first started listening. So I remember watching those live feeds of them recording the self titled album
What is he doing with his mouth?? Lol mannerism of some kind linked to being high as fuck? Idk if that plays a part of it, but despite him being blown out of his mind, there is some kind of unexplainable golden quality to him here. If you could capture youth and put it in a bottle, it would look like this.
Look at him now, compared to then. YEARS and YEARS of drug-abuse LITERALLY changes you physically. I think he says he's sober, but no way. I call bullshit.
I mean, he looks like a pretty standard middle aged man, he's 44 isn't he? He's not particularly chubby and he didn't grow a ton of facial hair or anything. Idk I'd say he aged fairly normally not sure where the hate boner is coming from lol
at this point in his life, he's funny, he looks cool, he's smart...he wrote the best fuckin music ever why the hell can't he be the 'its not even shaped like a book' guy that he used to be ffs blink come back!!!!1
