Blinking dot in the sky that gives morse code? 

It was a cold winter night (no insects), minus degrees. A beautiful starry sky, I wanted to film, but my camera could not see any stars at all and I was very disappointed... Only later did I see that the camera had recorded something that I had not seen... Is it a satellite giving morse code? Never seen before...
