Interesting video. My thoughts on this topic are similar to yours except I disagree with the whole bomber getting to the other side idea. The holes and the run down building were caused by the radioactive explosion. However, Block City sent out the military against the zombies to contain the situation or by time for the citizens to escape. The war caused even more holes to happen and even more damage to the city. That explains the watch towers. The signs leading to "new city" were probably made in case they were any survivors after the war to lead the survivors back to the city.
Btw in old map(old city in 6.7.5 ahhhhhh yes cheaaters times...) We can meet very weird and bugged house or something like this (my tip to find it: left side)
It's so obvious that the Reacter blow up them everyone became zombies even on the old pvp map too, Even tony block shot tells you the story. That ditch in old city that was were the zombiefied things were and there was actually a 13 on there I'm guessing it meant unlucky 13.these towers there were radio towers that made a radioactive noise same for Reactor. The school really know. The highway sign was there on the old Bridge too there was also a help us sign guessing there was people trapped on the roof.
