I started playing when the game was really a copy of GTA and I had npcs and missions to do, I really miss that single player mode

4.0.0 was probably the worst era of Block City Wars because it ruined everything while adding new weapons in special and primary because for beginners because I think using the pistol only for beginners and older versions was way better

I started playing it around version 1.23 or a bit older, this game still has a special place in my heart. I remember searching for this game for years, and I remember finding it and the version I started playing on. Nostalgia hits hard

4.24 was the last good BCW before it turned bad, I wish Pixel gun wasn't taken from Rilisoft, cubic games ruined it all

OMG so this it! I recently did some research because I wanted to play this game so bad. I was maybe 9 or 10 when I first played this game and now I’m 20 years old. I literally forgot about the name, I did some research with chat gpt and end up finding it! I downloaded the game but it was so different and at the same time so familiar. I honestly wish they keep the old version😢

Bro i played through early 2014 to mid 2016 and again in 2018 and I can tell you the early versions were kinda weird for me because of the out of touch music and confusing single player but the multiplayer was top. Remember that before they added levels and XP there were like 5 guns that were waaaay cheaper (there are still ads on the game that tell you to buy jetpack and old weapons lmao) you had to buy another bulletproof vest after u were killed, also people used to talk a lot more back then (maybe because now the game encourages you to fight for prizes and reputation). I remember when they added XP and the second island with the stadium, had to go collect stars and money after killing someone, hell nah there were mfrs who stole your money after a kill 💀. My best memories of the game are teaming up with some randos to defend the military base and making some good friends there (even got a gf or two loll) Nowadays it's an entertaining game but I would lie if I told y'all it's better than in 2014. Block city wars has now become nothing but a goofy ahh grinding game that has lost its touch so bad that helicopters are basically useless pieces of crap where the pilot is in more danger than the guys on the ground. Now I wanna experience the good ol versions again, where did you get them tho?

I don't really remember but i think my first encounter was v4.2.0, i remember very well how i was so scared of the bots, and tried to kill them with snowballs (it was winter at the moment). This game was the first one to make me discover about "FPP/TPP" i was so flabbergasted when i clicked on it and went from 3rd person to 1st. (Or maybe 1st to 3rd. As i said, I don't remember.)

Guys I found a way to get bcw 7.1.0 back, so no more 2.0, and there’s no hackers as there’s no one playing

You can see them when you level up and the window pops up but you cant buy them for some reason which made them rare and noone has ever had it until mods made it possible 33:57 they also added the phantom on this version 39:31 this version added the ghostbusters car 42:06 in my opinion it is the worst bcw update , it will just kill the game even more cuz most of bcw players dont like pixel gun, there were ppl complaining about it on their server and they would only mute or ban them instead of taking the advices so if they don't bring back our old game, they will lose the majority of their players which is why some people decided to make a bcw fangame to keep the community alive.

One thing that really sucks is that this game for whatever reason was never cross play between Android/Fire Os and iOS. The game on iOS is a complete barren wasteland in all versions. The game is completely dead on iOS. There are 0 players online at all times. Another thing is that it’s really depressing to think about what the game could have been from 4.1/4.2/4.3 if Cubic Games had never bought it and if the devs never abandoned it. This game had so much potential but it’s all gone now in favor of a Pixel Gun clone.

So i joined the game back in version 4.0.. i remember shooting a cop because i thought they were bad because of the red mark on the map when i first joined. And i loved joining on route 66 just to race randoms and do backflips on the ramps. Also remembered waiting for every Christmas event so that i can ride the santa 😂. And the pvp for roofs was my favorite because of mainly the zipline and it was my first time trying it

V1.7-1.15 😭😭 this is around rhe time i discovered BCW at like eight or nine- depending on when it came out. I tell myself I miss the big update from 2015, but it’s these versions I really miss. My childhood man. But then seeing v4.0.1, that really brings out the nostalgia. I wish I could play that version again, this was the real BCW! Bc I started playing around v1.7-1.15, I may have left, came back around v4.0.1. Played for years up until 2018, when the updates slowed dramatically. Came back in 2020, left again, and came back late last year, only to see the new version coming in the future. I can’t wait for BCW 2.0, but v4.0.1 is the one I really want back. If not 1.7-1.15. And I gotta ask, how do you get these versions, specifically 1.7-1.15 or 4.0.1, or any version after that, like the Christmas one from 2015?

Where did you find those older versions of Block City Wars? I can't really find them the oldest I got was 6.4 but everything older than 6.4 are all mods and hacks. Where did you download the old versions without mod and hacks? Could you put the links to download all of the old versions in video description? Also I want to ask can you still get Battle Pass items in 2024 without mods and hacks? Also Block City Wars 2.0 isn't as great and exciting as when I tried it, it does not even look like Block City Wars and the death animation is just copied over from Pixel Gun 3D. I just feel like the new developers just copied stuff from Block City Wars and made Pixel Gun 3D better for example in the micro-transactions, the picture for "gold" is Block City Wars. It's basically Pixel Gun 3D pretending to be Block City Wars, so far.

4.0 is when I originally joined Block City Wars for first time or 4.1.0 I had such a good time with the game and I dont understand why they decided to change the style of the Game It was so good back then. I really wish they sticked to this theme + the map back then was pretty iconic aswell!

i been playing this game ever since i was in middle school in fall season and whatever game i play on the daily basis,it this game because the addiction and how nice it look for a 2015 mobile game make me amaze and the community is really there unlike now we have bunch of hacker where they have super jump and spread machine gun like it a shotgun and titan etc.. and now since they gonna revamped this game entirely from the ground up and join forces with pg3d and they promised it will be less p2w which is unbelievable for a game dev who LITERALLY make pg3d just a money greeder with bunch of overpriced weapons that no f2p couldn’t buy but let’s just hope they being true to their words and make a second version a much better improved version of the current state of BCW.
