I'm back with my Coleman Marine Coastal Xtreme 40 qt. cooler. This time I was testing to see how long a one gallon ice block might last. There is also a bonus review of my Stanley 1 liter (1.1 qt.) insulated bottle. And, make sure you watch till the end for the outtakes.

UPDATE: I filled two one-gallon bottles with 15 cups of water and froze them overnight. The next day, Friday, I put them into the pre-cooled cooler with four cold cans of Coke and put it in my vehicle to go camping. A couple of hours later I added a 10 lb. bag of ice, a cold small milk, and a cold pack of sausage dogs. I opened the cooler a few times Friday evening and Saturday. Sunday afternoon I took the cooler out of my vehicle, brought it inside, and removed the remaining Cokes and dogs. On Monday, mid-day, I took the (at least still half full) ice bag out. Today, Tuesday, I poured off the (still pretty cold) water from each bottle. One had 13 and 1/2 cups; the other had 12 cups. So, four days after putting them in the cooler, there was still one and 1/2 cups of ice in one bottle, and two cups of ice in the other.
