Back in the early days of block story, you used to get xp from NPC's killing bosses. I used to place a lot of NPC spawners ( this was at the time spawners existed on the ground) and farm Hydra to get to level 34. The good ol' days.
Im late but this methods still works, except of npcs you can use pets, snowman and mech are one of the best ones to use due to their range enabling them to take no damage. Downside is neither is early game creature but still amazing for farming loot mid-late game
I noticed that Aragog was buffed a little as his base damage was increased from 7 to around 10 but it hardly makes difference outside of Battles where you dont have pět on your side
I have a suggestion, you should make a top 10 or top 5 best structures to go to, like the well has a secret treasure room, would be really helpful for beginner block story players. :D
I know im late but good lord this game/video is a blast from the past, so much has changed from the last time i played almost a decade ago, good content!
I remember beating the Dragon Lord...all it took was digging a small whole in the ground. Granted I brought several weapons to wear his health down but even to this day I imagine my dwarf strategy could probably destroy most of the bosses on this list.
Late but nuh uh, they teleport around now when they can't reach you making trapping them impossible (so if you used to farm stuff like electrite and mutagen by placing a spawner in a cage and using ranged pets to kill em it won't work anymore either). And as for the hole strategy they often get stuck, distracted or lose interest after teleporting away from you. Best strategy now is to either mass farm lvls to actually bother with stats or use pets, best one to use being eldriar when ridden since it has the highest hp, damage and reach of any flying pet. Most top bosses do devastating damage to it when hit but cooked meat heals most pets pretty well, and with a cow spawner you can get meat pretty easily. Just put render distance on minimum to spawn maximum amount of cows when clicking the spawner, with high render distance spawning mobs doesn't work that well due to mobs being able to spawn further away and there being limited mob count.
Me: doesn't realize the dragon Lord is buffed thinking it only has 8 thousand hp Dragon Lord : has 40 thousand hp and one shots me Me: just kill me already my baby ashkore isn't even at Lev 50 yet Dragon Lord: your wish will come through Me: gets killed by fireball Me: wait I thought those only did 300 dama - 💀
I agree and dont forget that swamp golems are summoned mostly near towns with the umbis where there will be summoned at least 1 angel gambling and if you are unlucky and he sees the golem he will hit it causing it to heal at full health again even if it's almost dead (it happened to me 100 times)
they made a uh... chernobyl dog into a pet and they didnt make a trex into a pet also how do you increase the damage of the magic damage effects on swords like the crystal sword ?
no one knows how mati became a ghost but some legends say that he was an ancient ghost that looked like he had a very dark story no one knows why but mati will keep killing everything in its sight
Block story, Roblox, Survival craft and blockheads were my alternatives when i didnt have minecraft and even when i got minecraft i never forgot these games but rip blockheads
I think hydra and trex need to switch places because trex does maybe slightly less damage but spawns more frequently than hydra if ur new to the game and try to beat trex with ur pets gl because trex could spawn next to you asap when you kill trex
How dare you to forget my Ted? He is the strongest boss in the game. He steals your kills Once you attack one of them everyone around him will attack you He is annoying asf if you hit him once never leaving you alone til you kill or it despawns It’s boat is op enough to deal a massive damage with literal missile bullets in it *ITS FISHING QUEST* It’s annoying long quests that makes literally no sense and giving you quest after and after. So Ted is the far the most powerful creature that can make the player rage enough to destroy the computer
Shiva, in my opinion, is cute, but also annoying...she keeps spawning every time I go into the jungle with the islands right above it, along with T-rex’s.
I used to think that Shiva and Mati would be impossible for me to kill. Until i realized that i could do a cheap strategy by going on top of a tree and then just shoot arrows onto Shiva from high up. She basically became a joke. Also used a bow against Mati. Plus i got the Mati soul by killing her for the first time.
If you're on pc/laptop you can must make a diamond farm and buy perks with diamonds. Far better way of becoming strong than leveling up. Mati and shiva become fodders really fast. Only golem and high lvl phoenix remain a threat for a long time, rest don't even require focus.
Remember this game playing it in 2015. Done with quests and already spawner for every bosses. Each of them have cage so i can get unlimeted resources. Attacking Ted and other friend NPC to get equipment haha
Nope, no. I disagree, Dragon lord besides being one of the strongest, He also is the one you bond more along with the game, since the start. If you ever playes this game on early stages, alone, single player you know how it is if you not even sharing or talking about it with anyone. Knowing the truth about the truth about Lord dragon(which happened kinda silly to be honest, the guy from humble, becomes more stupid as you progress with his quests) is big hit, when you learn you got to face him, and the way he behaves now. You can characterize it as being strong only by speed, health and magic strength. But I put it at first place knowing that killing him would put a end to the game, and "emotional damage!"
Phoenix is nr 2 imo from the fact that you need to repeat it numerous times alone and can't save the progress with it, instead having to repeat the process if you leave. It can also spam the fireballs without cooldown and shoots them even after dying, it only stops when the body despawns. Dragon lords weakness is lack of range, fireballs are slow and easy to dodge even without my precious, with it the whole fight becomes a joke. As for the 3 dragons he comes with, from my many fights with him the other dragons are not even present most of the time, they get easily distracted by literally anything or go out of aggro when they flee after doing their breath attack. So imo 1. Golem 2. Phoenix 3. Mati 4. Dragon lord 5 and beyond are irrelevant really since they are all pushovers mid to late game. Mati above dl because 1. Pets are no good, eldriar for example is amazing against the dragon lord, especially when paired with my precious. 2. If you have melee build you are gonna need to grind for magic damage skills if you don't want to spend 5h fighting him with base damage staffs 3. He teleports all over the place. 4. He has far higher dpm 5. You need to manage your mana mid flight which is addition thing to focus on, unless you use the jetpack or angel wings. Funny thing is that angel goblin imo is stronger than all the bosses besides golem, phoenix and mati. I fight both dragon lord and angel goblin daily rn, dragon lord for xp and goblin to unlock wings, and due to the ranged attack damage and small hitbox i find angel goblin to be bit more formidable. Which is even funnier when considering that the goblin states that ashkore gives him power, even though ashkore is a kitten next to him
I remember when I building my house on the sand I saw aragog stuck in the wall I kill him without getting bite. EDIT:this is my mothers account my name is yssah cassandra
remember when block story was free when it came out in 2012 as a demo or something? good times... i completely forgot about it for 6 years and now it's on STEAM for $2.99??????
i am completly sure that it will take me atleast 20 min to defeat it because i use block story on phone more seriosly is that i do lag sometimes which is more annoying than 2 spawn golems spawning dragon lord:im gonna destroy you dum moving tree swamp gollem:*squashed dragon lord like a bug but larger*
