Ollie looking for the drain with Ratty, and his nemesis, the kookaburra laughing at him with hopes that the drain doesn't become unblocked on the count of three! I remember I was working behind an apartment complex and stepped on a valve that released a geyser of gray water. A little bit of that stuff splashed into my face and got into my eyes/mouth. The next day I came down with a killer fever, and then the following 5 days I never felt so sick in my life, truly felt like I was going to die from the coughing alone, I had never felt a sickness like that before. This man plays in peoples shit and seems to enjoy it lol, dude has an immune system to be jealous of!
Sometimes it takes you longer to get to the drain than to clear it! What a trek that was! Pretty, though. At least until you took that lid off. Poor lizard thought you were stinking up his paradise. lol

Why would you not blast up the pipe from the boundary trap to the release the blockage? Releasing the pressure and blasting from the top just caused raw sewage to unnecessary spew over the customers property? Just asking, it’s not my profession, just want to know.
You don't want shit, toxic gas, or poop water backing up into the house. Bit of poo on the lawn will just make is grow nice. Destroying the inside of a house is not so nice.
Dembai at 2:30 he says “it’s clear at the boundary trap” and then points less than half a metre away and says “the blockage is here”. I can’t really see that jetting from the boundary trap would cause “shit & toxic gas, or poop water backing up into the house” as the blockage is less than half a metre from the boundary trap!!
I do this for a living. My way to do this kind of work is to jet towards the problem.. that way the sewage stays in the pipe and not out on the ground. I understand that the sewer systems differs between countries ( i work in Sweden ) ,but law of physics is the same...water flows downwards etc... Sometimes there are no alternative then to make a beautiful mess... but as a golden rule you try not to.. But i guess if this channel would just be "normal"...well i wouldn't watch it... Ollie is funny and amusing as hell, NOT AFRAID to get dirty! But in my opinion, many of his videos does not have to be so messy! And if you use the right nozzles, there are like 100000. The will be no rising of the water in the pipe.. it creates a vaccum cause of the waterflow behind it. If there is a blockage you can use a penetrater, with 1 jet stream in front and 6 or more backwards... that way it just penetrate the blockage and flushes it backwards..
Oh Ollie, yeah nice view, but all those levels. One way to keep fit running up and down stairs. Reminds me of my house in Padstow, got really fit on washing day, never needed a gym membership!
