Based on some of the other houses we've seen on this channel, it's probably been chopped into five rental units and had four new half-baths and kitchenettes poorly plumbed in by a handyman or a DIY owner.
@@thenextstepp Australian nerf blasters are actually pressure limited for that very reason, its one of only a few markets in the world that has special de-powered blasters.
Ollie, that thing of mystery was an old nerf bullet head. That one had the Velcro head so that it'd stick onto clothing. As you can tell I had a pretty fun childhood, Cheers from Cali.
as if i didn't already want to move to Australia, i think you've officially sold me on it! what a nice garden with a gorgeous view. hopefully i'll at least get to visit someday! and as always, great video mates!
@@davehumphrey4075 They can make very good money... usually though commercial plumbers (those working on new construction or rebuilding kitchens/bathrooms, etc.) will make more money than service plumbers. Service plumbers can make well over $100K though. That said, it's also expensive to run your business. Equipment, trucks, insurance (both yourself and equipment, many people wont hire you if you're not license/bonded), employees (if you have em'), etc.
Wow, Ollie. Ratty invited you to his palace jut to clear a drain?? that little bugger. he could have at least given ya a tour and let ya relax with a beer at the pool lol. but seriously. that property is gorgeous, the owner must be very happy to have someone that knows how to do a proper job like you, and not just half ass it. great video as always.
Watching your videos inspired me to unblock my own sewer line a few months back with my power washer and a cheap jetter I bought online. Plumber couldn't unclog it using the heavy duty snake, but with a little persistence I did it myself. Thank you!
I was about to say that it's from a Nerf gun I have so many of those I was about to say if you don't know what a Nerf gun is man you need to go and get some kids and have some fun have a Nerf War battle with them
In my experience, being a good professional is not about the amount of degrees and diplomas someone has. It's all about how each person detects the problem and finds the best solution for it!
I concur with Ez Nahuu, that is the tip of a Nerf projectile. I used to play war with my sons. Those things were everywhere in the house and yard. We had a ball playing war!
I was watching the clock to see how long I had to wait for my Sunday afternoon fix! Good job, Ollie! But I really felt bad that you had to carry all of your equipment so far!👍🏻😊
