So many of Ollie's jobs are related to bad construction planning, lazy clean up, or damage from excavation. Too many. He's a detective, a psychic, a drainage guru.
2nd 😊 Edited to add WOWZERS what a break! Tight space all around with an electrical box within a meter of the stack pipe. Great job, Ollie! Good to see Baby Rat again!! Thank you for the video. Blessings!
That's what makes Ollie the best, he doesn't just identify and fix the issue, he 100% makes sure the job is done right. I had a plumber come out and JET my kitchen sink and left a giant mess. At least Ollie puts in the full yards and cleans up. Next time I have an issue with my pipes I'm calling Ollie. Love the videos.
That's a nasty break in that line. Be interesting on a follow up on the repair. Once again your professional approach to a plumbing issue and a solution offered. Oliver, you and Ratty legends mate. 👍" ALL GOOD " 👍 I've learnt a lot from your 880+ videos mate. Keep up the good work. 👍
congratulations on your first big break all the other where small breaks compare to this one now to tell the home owner the bad news and the great news your here to fix it with the plumer 5 👍👍👍👍👍rating anyway great job at finding the problem and you did not get you jeter stuck way go

There is a broken pipe between mine and the next door unit. I'm waiting for it to get bad so I can watch the plumbers or drainers and question them while they are here..
Well done Ollie for finding the fault! That lady is going to have a fair bit of upheaval I reckon. Thanks for all the videos. Best wishes from the UK! 👍👍
Hi Oliver. WOW that really is going to be a huge job, and costly. How does that even happen??? Big foot explained it all, thanks Oliver! 😂 God bless you and your family.🙏🏻💖from Canada 🇨🇦
Think if I was buying a new build I'd have them check the drains after the concrete was laid but before they continued with all the rest of it.(Once the foundations were laid there shouldn't be any chance of pipe breakage)? Thank you for showing how the Rigid gizmo, that locates the breaks works, fascinating stuff!
That's the last place I would have looked at for a blocked drain, under the bed 😂😂😂😂 Happy Sunday to you Ollie I hope you had a great day. Philippians 4 :5 Thank you for the verse you sent me.
In general, one does not find double beds in the middle of a hair / nail salon unless one has entered the establishment which has "Happy Endings" just under perms and blow-drys on the price lists
My question is how Bigmeter (Australian version) even did that at all. Because the pipe is peeled inwards. So if it was when they poured the concrete slab...wouldn't the concrete have settled into it? So many questions. We may never know the answers. BIGFOOT IN MY PIPES.
It would be good to see a follow up of the Plumbers hacking up the floor and digging up the Concrete to see how the pipe got damaged. Maybe it was like that from the start when the building was built.?
