Bought a Kärcher and the drain cleaning attachment, and fixed the sink two plumbers couldnt fix, even adding a service port for next time. Now it runs off like a vacuum. The passive knowledge gained here is really useful. All good now 👍
I started plumbing in 1992 and I’m 49. My back and shoulders are Fubar but because I’ve always worn knee pads, my knees aren’t so bad. Back then it was only Snickers that made work trousers with knee pad pockets and they weren’t cheap. Now there’s loads on the market but Snickers floor-layers pads are the best and last a long time.

@@James_Bowie This is not even about little children on chairs. The entire balcony plan is an example of cost-cutting design. Low railing, cheap fragile components, slippery wet floor. Have it your way, but this is a lawsuit coming up.
Excellent work, always nice when you can quickly fix something that would cause major problems. Great that you got an easy, quick and satisfying job. I still appreciate the tricky jobs, with unknown pipe layouts and fountains of thick and pasty porridge, but not everyday

As you were untangling the hose, I was watching the quick disconnect flying about hoping it wouldn't hit the glass. By the way Ollie, Tim Tams have gone from $6.50 CDN for two packs to $8.00 CDN for two packs, still cheaper that the other store at $5.49 for one pack.
