Hi Tony, another amazing job and I must say you go above and beyond for the customer. Bagging roots and other debris that should not go down the drain when it’s easier to push it through.

Hi Tony, the prong is called a Dutch Hoe, and is gardening equipment. How do you clean your hoses, jets, and rods? It must be time consuming as you don't want the smell of sewage in your van. Cheers, from Aberdeen.
Hi Danny, my mind boggles with the description Dutch hoe, better just keep calling it the prong lol. Generally we give the hoses etc a wash down with the tank water, or garden hose but fortunately the van has a sealed bulk head so no odour enters the cab. Cheers
What you need to do Tony is put your price up by £7.50 when the customer rings you up for a price - then say you have a special offer going meaning they get £5 off the unblock if they supply you with tea and biscuits, and £7.50 off if they can prove it's Yorkshire tea and genuine kitkats. It'll mean you still get your usual price, and they think they are getting a big discount just for making you a cup of tea. It's just not good enough you going out to deal with sewage everywhere, on bleak rainy, miserable and depressing days and not even getting offered a tea.

Another case to get a sponsor for a "Tonys tea break" section of video, sponsor supplies the tea for the customer to brew up and you rate it, could also get a biscuit company involved like Kit Kat 😉👍
