called out to a blocked drain for a landlord I know, Its always a tell tale sign when you get a black/dark brown gurgle come through into the manhole, I had to move a flG stone that had been placed ontop of the interceptor and found it was completely blocked with soil.
i managed to get the hose in but it was not moving, again its right on the building boundary so in this instance I called it in to Utilities to come and sort it as I believe the problem is in the public area beyond the wall.
