1. Hi Tom! I like the videos with you and Paul because stuff is more realistic. There are more fight scenarios instead of drills. (No offense, the drills are still way cool, especially the figure 8 techniques. 2. The best defense is a strong offense. 3. The sumbrada block is way better than the deflection. It's more versatile.

The saying is "the best defense is offense" but I personally think the best defense is intelligence. I've seen a fighters offense be used against them by a smarter fighter. I think with the exception of lucky strikes, it's always the smarter fighter than wins a fight. I love your videos BTW 👍
