That is unusual as the pump and door Handle obviously have no link. These Machines are part of the Beko Range. I’ll send you a link to a a beko reset. It should work hopefully. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-FHdtjcyRF_4.html
Hi Ember. Just don’t overload the Machine, Empty pockets before putting clothes in, and finally wipe the door seal and keep the door open after every use if you think of it, It Will Stop it going musty and mouldy 👍
@@washingmachinetipsandhelp4350 THANK YOU!!!!!!! i will make sure to do those things since I already sort/pick the pockets. is there a specific cleaning agent I need to use to make the inside clean? or does santize button already do that job for me? i have both washer and dryer.
Hi! My problem is that it won’t start a cycle or it won’t start spinning whenever I hit the start button. It does lights up and open, no error sign as well. I tried doing this test mode for the first time but it didn’t work. I also tried doing various things like draning the filter at the bottom right of the washer, tried unplugging it then plugging it again. But nothing had worked so far :( I want to try this trick again, any tips or do you mind explaining further how to do it? Thank you so much!
Hi Caroline. I think I had that problem with one of these machine before and it turned out to be a PCB Module issue. Is your machine brushless or does it have brushes do you know ?
@washingmachinetipsandhelp4350 hey there. I've got a couple of these machines at my work and we are trying to fix them. It's not the exact same model as yours but its very similar. They fill with water and then do absolutely nothing after that. Won't spin etc. But it will drain if I press the cancel button for 3 seconds. Any idea what it could be?
Hey, it sounds like the brushes on the motors may need replacing. If you take them out and if the have less than 2mm of carbon left, They will need replacing. Remember what way try came off before you remove 👍
@@washingmachinetipsandhelp4350 I was thinking the same thing. Needs new motors. They aren't easy to change and tough to get parts for them here in Canada too.
@@ManTimeT.V. Brushes are very easy to change. Make sure your Machines motor has brushes though as some blomberg Machines have brushless motors. If your machine has brushes, take them off, and if either are bellow 2mm left of carbon you will know that’s the issue. If you find that is the issue let me know and I will send you a link on how to replace them.
Hello thank you for this. I have gone into that setting and it shows Error 07. The door does lock. The problem is that it is not spinning. The machine keeps on making the sound that it's working but never starts spinning. This happened a few months ago too and when we got the technician he seems to have reset it to factory settings, no physical maintenance whatsoever. I think he first went into the same setting you showed us but can't remember what he did after that. It's like it was reset and then it worked perfectly well. Can you kindly help please?
@@washingmachinetipsandhelp4350thanks for your reply. Yes the water is coming in the machine ...it was also able to flush out the water. Now it is not even washing the clothes though. it's like the motor of the machine is on and that't it. before it washed my clothes but no spinning. Same thing happened a few months ago.
@@rebeccafalzon361 So… Can I just confirm, when you start ima program it leave in water but basically does nothing else? When you put the washing Machine on a spin cycle does the Machines Drum Turn at all?
@@washingmachinetipsandhelp4350 agreed. the drum doesnt turn ..now it is not even washing since the drum is no longer turning ...water fills..it also can release water out in the sink but there's just the sound of motor that the engine is on but nothing else is ahppening. Beforei tried to find the error it was washing with the drum turning during the wash but during the spinning nothing.
