Maybe you can’t see it on the video, but the shampoo does work very well (for me). It visibly lightened my darker blonde highlights to a medium/light blonde in about 2-3 washes. I leave it in for 5 minutes before rinsing. Keep in mind, it really doesn’t seem to do much to strands that are darker toned.
