Great Question! I believe that Lihn is using a wrap to help maintain the moisture in the hair so the lightener doesn't dry out or overprosses the hair. Thus keeping the curl pattern in tack. He also follows up with a BlondMe treatment to help protect, maintain and restore bonds in the hair, and help keep the curl pattern. Hi there! BLONDME 9+ is never recommended to be mixed with 40 volume. The highest volume recommnded is 30 volume 1:2 for up to 45mins.

Unfortantly that color wasn't added to the video. With looking at the color of the models hair at the end looks like IGORA Royal 9,5-1 Pastel Toner would get you close to the models final result. Hope that this helps 💜
