Jams ruled that if the Cannibal juggled during the day, and the Juggler was executed, their juggles would count.

It didn't intentionally hurt the good team though. The innkeeper drunkenness on an Outsider was initially more benefitial than it would be on a different townsfolk with a ongoing ability. And then in a way, how the timing worked out, it could almost not be a more balanced and neutral outcome. The Puzzlemaster is an Outsider whose negative effect is to essentially turn one Townsfolk into the Drunk instead, but then the Innkeeper drunkenness removed that negative effect completely and gave the Juggler the full regular ability on the one day it mattered. At that point the Puzzlemaster only has an extremely powerful positive ability left despite being an Outsider but then that got also "removed" or rather "disturbed" instead as it was used the same day, so it essentially cancels out. And even in terms of information flow it's kind of funnily balanced. The Puzzlemaster guessed who was Puzzledrunk technically correct, but while they made their guess, the Puzzledrunk actually wasn't even Puzzledrunk in that moment and never was impacted by the drunkenness when it mattered, so if they eventually learn that they guessed someone that received correct Information, they could reasonably asume they received wrong information for guessing the wrong person, thus in the end getting to the correct result for the wrong reason.
