Blood Parrots are a super social breed, they almost always keep a strict Hierarchy, usually based on size, (& sometimes age) but size will eventually overcome the age in Tank ranking. I do keep one of my smaller ‘Kirin Parrots’ in this tank, He is a very slow growing male, I keep my ‘Kirin’ (Blue Kirin / Flowerhorn Parrot / Crystal Blue Parrot) in a 150gal. with my Red Crystal Parrots (Red Texas Parrot) and my King King Parrots - all of them do get much larger than Blood Parrots, and are also very social, they are easy to train as well, will eat from your hand - and some even like to be touched and pet softly, - I could go on for days about Blood Parrots - so instead.. please feel free to message me if anyone has any questions about the breed
