I waited quite a while to start taking Eli out. He only started coming out on deer hunts last year, but short bunnie trips before that hes 11 years old. I just wanted to make aure he had the patience for deer and would appreciate it when he saw one harvested. The wait paid off. I know a lot of other hunters start even younger though. I guess it depends on the child. How old are you boys Jake? You'll love it Jake when it happens.

I don't really have a preference. I hunt pretty much anywhere and everywhere i can when it comes to public land. This hunt was on the north western edge of the HC.
@@Thehuntsmanshow thanks mate. When viewing the terrain I’m always interested to know roughly where it is. I’m on the nth side and visit the HC from there.
Alan unfortunately I've heard stories of people terrain mapping from videos so they can then poach which is sad. I'm not saying you do this, just that others do, so sometimes I need to be vague to protect property owners.
Hi brian here just wondering is it worth it joining or get your membership as I live in south Australia where almost all of us are going to turn into vegetarian haha all most thinking of handing in my guns just not worth the money so sad SA as become 0:02
It is sad. We have a bunch of SA members. A lot of them who have private property access and hunt with other members. We also have a crew from SA that does an annual pilgrimage to vic for a hunt each year for Sambar. Each year they have cleaned up with a few stags :) if you end up joining im more then happy to help connect you with the right people.
