The prosthetic arm has a limited ammo system so you would most likely have to hack the game to give yourself unlimited ammo or unlimited refill items to do that

Did you know that just having a prosthetic *doesn't* allow you to rip open safes, no matter the strength of the prosthetic? It's because you need an equal amount of strength in all the parts of your body that hold something else than the safe to apply a force to the safes door. Otherwise it's like trying to lift Earth standing on the Earth. Same of course applies to *blowing the metal gates open with a punch* you would need an equally strong prosthetic leg and spine to push your punch off the ground and into the gate.
