I cut about 25 minutes worth off farming and I speeded up the final boss a few times as we have do kill it 3 times. Probably this time plus 35 minutes is an accurate time, though it will take you at least more than twice as long if new to it as the controls take a while to get used to

How do I get the ruinous rood sub item. I’m at 93% and I already killed the revenant hunter way back when I started the game. Is there a way find another revenant hunter or was he the only one?

You can do another, just you will see how easy that boss is if left till last when you're upgraded to max. It's the only boss which doesnt give a key ability, so you can leave it till later
