not so much the delay...but russia has more help involved in this war with a militant already built up allies...like north korea...iran...china...etc....but this is being done strategically by the united states....if north korea keeps sending ammo to russia..they would have less for themselves to flex against south korea in the pacific...(notice you haven't been hearing too much of north korean drills lately or launches)...if iran keeps sending drones to russia..they won't have so much weapons to give to hamas...and their terrorist networks against israel....if china keeps meddling with russia...they lose economic ties and strength with the west.(thus slowing down their military aerospace build up)...believe me...everything has been calcualted by think tanks and war planners in the west...and if russia keeps exasperating their forces in ukraine...they would be too weak to attack natos eastern flank...esp with the additions of sweden and finland...
