Bloody brilliant :) Damn shame you didn't get it all done before having to submit the video of the car. I just went to vote for your car, but missed the damn voting :/ Mate, I wish I had half your know-how and skills :P It's fkn awesome to see this original 18v V6 modded instead of trashing it for a Toyota motor of some sort as is so commonly done. As good as some of the Toyota engines may be, and with the availability of go faster mods for them, it's always a crying shame to see them in the HC :(

What mods did you do to the v6 ? So it can handle the turbo?

No internal mods to the engine, it's stock. My inspiration is a European guy pushing 500hp from a stock motor with a similar setup. He fly cut 3mm off the top of his pistons but I don't see why you would need to. The factory comp is around 9:1 should have no dramas with e85 or pump fuel. See how she goes eh? 😜😜

Thanks for the reply. I recently was gifted a 1988 mazda 929 5 speed and I been looking for body kits and turbo mods I can do to it

@@Phil_Bennett I'm busting to turbo mine, especially after seeing Boostjunkie's and now even more so seeing what you've been doing :) Just something mild, not wild, I'd be happy to hit the 300HP mark. I've got an FD LSD diff centre in mine, not sure if the auto could handle 300HP though. Wish I could do it myself, but I'm afraid I'd have to pay someone to do it, so might be a while before that'll happen :P

The diff should be fine from what I have heard its the drivshaft flanges that break. Guess we'll find out soon haha
