In this second battle report using the new Far East Handbook for Chain of Command, I pit the Chindits attacking against a Japanese held bridge somewhere in Burma 1943, with the instructions to blow it!

17:35 ish - you do seem to sort of give extra oomph to shooting at targets in light cover; threes are misses (or so I believe) Simon

Lovely table and very enjoyable,only criticism is that SMG's are deemed to have the same weight of fire as a rifle which they don't being of pistol calibre with much shorter effective range and less penetration even against 'light cover'.

Thanks, SMGs get two dice firepower at effective range (6-12") and four dice firepower at close range (4-6"), so double or quadruple the firepower of a rifle. They also get a bonus in close combat.

Cheers, I'm afraid not, it's from loads of different places and scratch built. You'll find a jungle terrain tutorial video on the Far East Playlist though.

God I seem to being hypercritical but around 27: ish you are reducing firepower by 1 for each shock; according to 14:4 (P.62) it should be 1 for every 2 shock.

In the FEHB green troops reduce firepower by 1 dice per 1 shock. It's one of the new rules in the handbook.
