Really useful-thank you. On my right-hand drive (UK) Duster the job is done through the removal of the 'glove box' on the passenger side. Access is very difficult; HOWEVER it is made a LITTLE easier if the rotating heater control is moved to 'maximum heat'-this moves the white nylon 'lever' up and out of the way and makes access to the Torx20 screw more direct. The white nylon inner control is visible in your photo above and to the right of the torx20 securing screw but the access seems different between the left and right hand drive cars.
