Blown up 80 hour Yamaha MR1 

yamaha are not invincible.... this low hour Yamaha MR1 HO 160HP has seen better days... this was in a 2006 YAMAHA AR230 HO... we are attempting to get this one back up and running... sadly it never made it...common problem in these MR1 engines is computer driver failure... it floods the cylinder with a geyser of fuel.. the result is a damaged engine.... we caught it in time on one boat but this one blew up quick.. if you are smelling raw fuel around your MR1 engine... better have the computer rebuilt
