well, being complex isn't an issue, its just that the payoff for Small Shun isn't worth the hassle of building and working around. If Shun's power level actually justified the hoops you have to jump through, you'd see her in many top clear teams. Unfortunately she just goes from "bad" to "meh" when played right.

That was sort of the point. Most of the skills that revolve around charging something up end up not being good because of the time it took to ramp up

If you are looking for the meta answer then Kikyou is pretty much unskipable. If you don't have enough for both it's probably safer to skip Yukari.

Yukari is a tad bit stronger than Ichika on Kurokage since you can't spam Ichika's EX skill but unless you're going for torment S. Hanako is better anyways

I pulled Kazumi too, but I was wondering if I shouldn't have. Since Kikyou has def debuff too does it not make sense to have both of them on a team together?

@@duckh0le859 Just keep using Kasumi's EXSkill for her Burst SubSkill, you can just focus on leveling up Kikyou's Normal+Sub Skills since she's a support for your Sonic DPS.
