The absolute best rendition. Even better than the original artist; Billie Holiday. Her almost breathless and soft voice in the beginning is awesome. Her melodic intonation is superb. Classy woman and singer. A true legend!
the original artist is the writer, Roy Orbison. It was a B side for him. The big charter was Linda Ronstadt's cover. Holliday died before this was written. Maybe you are thinking of Blue moon?
