darkxaur IT TOOK ME 3 YEARS TO GET THAT... I've been back here multiple times and each time I saw it I presumed you were trying to get a reaction out of people or something a troll would do but nope, just me being astronomically stupid.
You hear people say Nintendo is running out of Ideas for Pokrmon. But no one seem to care that ine of this game's superboss is a giant pile of shit... literally.
Playing this again nearly seven years after its release (don't hate me). I had all characters on front row, had Marumaro as a guardian with Total Guard, Endure and cast Wallus and Previve on him, he also had on him a Renew Necklace of some sort so he had double instant KO revive. This made him pretty much invincible and he would guard the snakes every attack. For the king poo's dark attack I had anti-dark gear and my healer Jiro also had very high agility through stats and accessories so he could heal straight away and recast Wallus if it was removed. Everyone else just attacked with water or shadowus sword. I also stole a golden poo off him which was funny. ^^
Watching this even after beating King Poo myself, I gotta say it's a very turn-centralizing battle. I would say have Ribbon on everyone, Belt of Hermes on your strongest attacking characters and anything that can boost defenses. I had Zola with Renew Necklace and Jiro with the Shoes of Hermes so he could cast Wallus and Shieldus before K.P. started attacking. Oh and if you can party up a couple of Poo Snakes from around him, you can use those fights to set up and make the fight a level easier for yourself. I was using Shadowus Sword the whole time with Shu on Total Guard, so in essence Corporeals are the way to go. Waterus must do more damage, it seems. Going through my second playthrough, I should have enough Agility on all characters(200-300 range) to at least not get overrun on turns every passing 1-2. Marumaro had the Dragon Bracelet, Shu had U.W.B. The "partying" strategy can also help vs. Golden Mecha Robo, but he's a bit more difficult considering his A.O.E. has an abnormally high crit chance(I even set Shieldus up beforehand and he broke right through with criticals.) #WatchingOldVideosIn2017
oh my god FINALLY after grinding in the laser field for 10 hours, FINALLY, by some fucking miracle i won this fight for the first time EVER, AND IT GIVES YOU SHIT REWARDS? HUH GO FIGURE, THAT FIGHT ITSELF WAS FUCKING BULLSHIT goes from like a 2 or a 3 to 1,00,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000
King poo is a piece of shit, literally and figuratively. His only strength is his multiple attacks one after another. (Plus his dark attack is a bitch move which will wipe out your party without previves and resurrections.) I ruined him up after I strengthened my party up to around lvl 65 each for all of em. (Make sure to lure a weak poo snake in to get all the support casts in you need. Like Shieldus, Shellus and previves for everyone, also make sure many have the resurrection ability) - Shu was my heavy hitter, 99 Sword master, gave him a ton of agility boosting items (two belts of Hermes & Crown of king ghost) so he always could get off an attack. - Jiro was my lvl 99 barrier master. My protected, I simply gave him gem of Jibral, because this bitch likes to turn people into stone and it prevents that. plus he had the Ultimate weapons bracelet, +45 Agility, and great for magic defense. - Kluke is a level 99 assassin, but I boosted her, generalist, support and white magic up to the point, she can use Previves, Zephyrus and double items and casts. - Maro, Lvl 99 Monk, Because I had Shu attacking with Shadowus, he made him weak enough that when Maro died, I had shoes of Hermes on so once he came back with a full charged Corp attack he was able to finish it with a banger of an attack dishing out 3450 in damage. - Zola was important as well, lvl 99 assassin, allowed me blast him with many shadowus attacks and she had previve ability, plus Zephyrus. So I hit away with her on him as well, and healed too. Using her Shadowus causes over 1000 damage each. Get your support, white magic, Support and generalist classes to at least 40 each or everyone. Have one class 99 for each. Get ready to die from his pussy spammed darkness attack, which he follows with other attacks that take away your buffs. Revive, heal, have stone be gones and people who can double cast items and healing skills. Blast him, stay alive and he's done for. (He has less than 16,000 hp) I went and killed all of his little poo pawns after his death too. "Where is your king now!!" I laughed as they fled and I took them out one by one. (This is the hardest boss in game too) I beat all dragons, golden mecha robo and all other bosses with even weaker main levels around 59-60 only. Good luck. He's a just bitch, who spams like 4 attacks in a row. Im glad I put him in the dirt once an for all, he'll make great fertilizer.
@@TheHumamstar Record it, people will watch. Everyone says the bracelet doesn't work but you and one other person said it beat the king poo in one hit. Id like to see it myself.
i am a higher lvl yet you kill the boss with ease how is that possible when i have never killed it i have killed the five dragons but not him or the gold mecha
+theflaredancer Satisfaction I guess? :P Also 2 'Golden Poos' (HP increasting stat boosts), and a piece of 'Autograph Paper' that's required to obtain the 'Toripo's Autograph' item. I guess it also counts for the monster log if you're trying to defeat one of every enemy in the game, and the items you receive from it are unique in that you can't get them anywhere else.
Just cast Wallus, Zephryus, and Previve on everyone while the one other person builds a corporeal with his total guard and unleash it over and over to win!
