Avery, you are the reason I started learning two years ago, at the age of 48. I first saw your cover of Tom Sawyer at age 7 I think it was. I was hooked. Thanks for the inspiration and continuing to post your work. It’s a true joy watching you play.

I saw BOC In, I think 1980. It was dubbed the BLACK and BLUE TOUR. April Wine was the opening special guest, then BOC played a full set list, then Black Sabbath with Dio closed the show. It was a great show but I always like April Wine. Glad I got to see them. They were big at that time.

Fun song to play. BOC was my first rock concert back in the mid 70's! They played a small college gym. Styx opened for them. Also Savory Brown.

Did you ever drive along listening to a rock tune and suddenly think man that drumming is certainly different. Well that happened with BOC and here I am 2/23 checking out this awesome drummer killing it and making much sense of the tune for me

I was out of drunming for nearly 10 years and i got back to into it this year..... although drumming is like as they say "riding a bike"......this was the very first cover 'of this specific song' that i watched first to get me started off again..... brilliant song..... brilliant cover!!!! 👍

I think you're incredible, very awesome !! I've been watching you for about 4 years now. I'm 51 years old, also a child drummer started it like 2-3 yrs old. I'm really loving that you've come into your own, and making each song your own. Your playing is much much more relaxed, like a graceful soft shoe dancer on the drums. Now it's just how far do you want to take it ! Do you want to be good, or do you want to be more than just Good ? I believe you're every bit as good as Neil Peart, if not better, if your willing to go get it ! Drum On !! : ) ~
