I watch them bury the 1984 time capsule…. I loved Blue Peter as a kid I was born in 1972… anyway ended up working in TV and worked on Blue Peter a few times !!
@jazmorrison9030 Don't you think it would have made the program a bit long if we'd have had to sit through watching them wrap everything up? It wasn't necessary for us to see that. Just what they were putting in the box was enough. 👌
The time capsule was buried just two days before my first birthday. So I would have been about to hit the big 30 in 2000. I was too young to understand hot pants or remember life in 1971, being still a mere infant then!
Amanda Rowlands they did, they accidentally dug it up last year, it wasn't supposed to be dug up until 2050 though. I saw the contents of it today in a museum.
In 1971 they not out items in black bin bags so how can in 2000 end up in black bin bags in 2000 they clearly opened the 2000 box before 2000 then put items in bin liners cheated
If there's any more B.P. Time capsules & they're left for millennia they will create a new relig..cult that has all the unanswered questions e.g. how to make cardboard shoelaces.
If that's how sealed items look after 29 years buried, it makes you wonder what a human body looks like buried in a coffin for the same amount of time.
