I'm a Canadian, Toronto -- Ex-Pat -- And I have always really loved the feeling of the 90's Blue Rodeo. Ca'nt get it in the States -- but I always felt it was a crime that they were not represented by people who would have given them the exposure they deserve. I have to add that I am a a rock fan -- Foo Fighters to Zeppelin and all -- Blue Rodeo is not really that -- but they are a hybrid country-rock which should have made them household names. I'm now a subscriber that I found your channel.

I have been listening to you guys since the beginning. Had a chance meeting with Jim at the Marriott hotel in Calgary and as I walked by him and turned around realized it was him and said to him "mister Cuddy", he turned to meet me and offered to take a selfie with me even though I couldn't figure out how to do that with my ancient flip phone. And it was just he and me in the hallway. Sometimes your hero's are even better when you actually meet them. Thank you Jim! A moment I will never forget!! Lindsay 🎉

I'm convinced that Jim could roll out of bed and sing "Try" with no warm up, and it will still sound perfect (in the original key, no less, after all these years). It defies science.

32 years ago I heard the song 5 A.M at my cousins house. Since that day you guys have been part of all my fishing trips…,wedding.., good and bad times. This was amazing lads . Laying here in the dark in New Brunswick having my own private Blue Rodeo concert . You guys are the best doing this for us . I almost cried when you ended with a Flying Burrito Brothers song , my other favourite group of all time . The States had Parsons and Hillman , but we , Canada , have Keelor and Cuddy , the greatest writing and singing duo ever . Thanks again for this .

Blue Rodeo has always been a super awesome National treasure, but adding Colin Cripps and his incredibly sweet guitar playing years ago made a serious impact to my interest in the band.

Still my faves after alllll these years. Jim Cuddy gets more handsome with every passing year. 🥰🥰🥰

Great video, excellent recording. I first saw Blue Rodeo in Toronto back around 1986. I'd never heard them before so I thought I'd check out their show. It was outdoors somewhere on a nice sunny day. They sounded great, and I became a fan. That was about 35 years ago and I'm still a fan. To survive in Canada as a band for such a long time is a very difficult thing to do. Not only that, to remain creative and popular, and still true to their original vision and sound. The only difference between the first time I saw them and now---- they're all old guys now! Long live Blue Rodeo!

"Try" is a ballad that gives me goosebumps every time I hear it. Lyrics tell such a story.

I'm a bit late to the party but this was fantastic! I'm even going to start rolling up my pant cuffs in tribute ;)

And everytime I hear Lost Together I recall standing next to Jim at US customs at the peace bridge around the time of the album release. I believe you were headed to the friendship festival. The border guard said "Blue Rodeo?"... he didn't know you guys. I about said something. Turned around and there was Greg doing stretches in the doorway using the door frame giving zero f$@ks. Lol 🤣 Night guys!
