Still the best train by a long way on South African railways.Number 1 in my book definately.

I love seeing those 12e locomotives in action. They never lived up to their potential but at least they got some dignity before their end.

I got down and let my mate Brian fire in the sidings at Heidelberg while I took almost the same shots as in your clip. Perhaps it is mine or were we standing alongside one another.
