Maybe I just haven't spent enough time working in the software or I just haven't been able to find the right tutorial but it seems to me like this program is great for flooring estimators and not so great if you're trying to do take-off's for one of the piping trades. I'm just not sold on it.

•Set the scale for your drawings. •Use the a linear markup tool for laying out your horizontal pipe. •Once you layout your pipe, select that markup and go to the measurement tab and set the depth for your vertical measurement. •Create a custom column called "Couplings" by creating a formula "Length/10".
