Where I live, ikea used to have a cheesecake exactly like this with the blueberries and crumble and I loved it so much but they recently stopped making it and I really miss it. I can’t wait to try this recipe!

To those who wonder can you eat straight away after the cake has cooled down? I have tried this when it’s cooled down vs overnight after fridge, the cake definitely taste better overnight. Just make sure you let the cake sit in room temperature for a bit before serving... thanks for this recipe, reminds me of my uni time sitting in Starbucks revising and having a slice of their blueberry crumble cheesecake!
