I have watched so many of these glorious mouthwatering videos and every single time my brain expects him to punch the completed masterpiece off the table at the end.
Videos like these are so relaxing and I love opera cakes they are to die for and I’m not that big of a coffee person either but to see there is another flavor besides coffee in opera cakes made me wonder how many more flavors can be produced for these cute little musical cakes! Also this helped me sleep last night cause it was so relaxing so I didn’t finish the video till now. Can’t wait to see more!

Holy smokes I’m only half way through but this is one heck of a complex cake! It’s absolutely artful, too! I now kind of feel motivated to try baking. the way the powdered sugar is so precisely placed is lovely. I usually don't care for powdered sugar on desserts, it's so...powdery and too sweet and usually covers the top of the desserts so thickly that the beauty is hidden. Thank you.

As someone living in Nova Scotia where blueberries grow wild, I really appreciate how he didn't use the big cultivated GMO blueberries he might have been able to get fresh from Chile. The really do not taste the same. I prefer the way he used blueberry jam and powder.
